The challenge

The client relied on spreadsheets and disconnected inboxes, losing visibility on follow-ups, deal stages, and who owned each relationship. They needed one system for leads and customers, pipeline tracking, invoicing, role-based permissions, reminders, and analytics, without slowing down fast-moving sales teams.

Our solution

Laravel and MySQL provide the core CRM, permissions, invoicing, and reporting engine. Vue.js delivers a responsive dashboard for daily work. Firebase supports real-time notifications and team communication. Email integration, calendar sync, reminders, and detailed activity logs connect everyday actions to auditable history.
